Development of an appropriate treatment plan follows diagnosis and could be considered the foundation of a successful outcome. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) has been demonstrated to be a useful tool in a number of endodontic applications. This article will focus on the application of CBCT imaging in diagnosis and treatment planning of non-surgical and surgical endodontics. It will present the power of integration of the CBCT DICOM images with other technologies as e-VOLDX, static and dynamic navigation in treatment planning, and treatment on challenging non-surgical and surgical cases.
