This article explores cutting-edge innovations in endodontic care, emphasizing the role of microrobotics and nanozymes in overcoming persistent challenges like biofilm eradication and effective root canal disinfection. Nanozyme-shelled microcapsules and advanced robotic systems enable precise navigation, biofilm removal, and therapeutic delivery in complex dental structures, reducing reinfection rates and improving treatment outcomes. While these technologies offer transformative potential, challenges-such as biocompatibility, fabrication complexities, and clinical integration-remain. This article highlights ongoing research and future opportunities to integrate these advancements into routine care, paving the way for minimally invasive, efficient, and regenerative approaches in endodontic therapy.
