Abstract:
Technological advancements in endodontics, including artificial intelligence (AI), imaging technologies, robotics, and virtual reality, are transforming the field by improving diagnostics, treatment precision, and patient outcomes. AI enhances imaging and diagnostic accuracy, while robotics automates complex tasks, reducing clinician fatigue and potentially improving consistency in the near future. The integration of avatars and augmented reality aids in education, diagnostics, and treatment planning. These innovations promise enhanced precision, personalization, and predictive capabilities. The future of endodontics holds promise, with avatars and AI driving more accurate, efficient, and patient-centered care.
