Summary

Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian-sinew therapy significantly improved motor function in a patient with traumatic brain injury (TBI)-induced hemiplegia. Neuroimaging revealed motor recovery despite persistent structural changes in the corticospinal tract (CST).
