From early screening and risk stratification to diagnosis, staging, personalized treatment, rehabilitation, and research support, AI enhances precision, efficiency, and patient outcomes. AI-powered mobile applications and wearable devices facilitate remote monitoring during the follow-up care and rehabilitation, and Large Language Models accelerate research workflows and data synthesis. This article comprehensively explores AI applications in head and neck oncology and outlines their clinical impact, implementation barriers, and future directions.
