Objectives:
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effectiveness and safety of postoperative rehabilitation interventions in adults undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. This systematic review will compare the effects of various interventions on key recovery outcomes, including pain, muscle strength, range of motion, knee joint laxity, return to daily activities and sports, functional performance, and adverse events.
