Knowledge, Practices, and Barriers to Diabetes Self-Management Among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in a Rwandan

Effective diabetes self-management is crucial for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) control. Despite good self-care and knowledge, many Rwandan patients face financial and informational barriers impacting their management.
