Prospective MR Evaluation of Endolymphatic Hydrops at Multiple Flip Angles Using Single-Dose Gadolinium Contrast

The optimal flip angle for 3D-FLAIR inner ear MRI in Ménière disease (MD) is 140°. This technique reliably detects endolymphatic hydrops (EH) and improves visualization of inner ear structures.
