Enhancing facility maintenance using knowledge-based BIM systems

This study introduces a simple, Python-based Building Information Modeling (BIM) plugin to optimize building maintenance. The system uses real-time data and predictive models to improve facility management, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.
