Abstract:
Nursing research faces many obstacles among nurses, particularly due to a lack of time or support. To encourage their involvement, support mechanisms are being put in place, such as the role of research coordinator in university hospitals, which facilitates access to resources and training. Challenges remain: in particular, collaboration must be strengthened and research integrated into career and training paths to facilitate access to research.
