This study presents a novel, patient-friendly treatment for condyle fractures using a maxillary splint and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS), avoiding traditional maxillomandibular fixation (MMF). This bioharmonic method effectively restores condyle form and function without MMF complications.
