Autogenous Demineralized Dentin Graft-Based Strategies With or Without I-PRF and Metronidazole for Ridge Preservation

Demineralized dentin graft (DDG) with injectable platelet-rich fibrin (I-PRF) and metronidazole (MTZ) enhanced bone mineralization for alveolar ridge preservation (ARP). All tested protocols effectively preserved extraction sockets with minimal need for further augmentation.

- The combination of DDG, I-PRF, and MTZ appears promising for improving bone regeneration in ARP.
