Abstract:
A NiCo dual-atom/N-doped hierarchical porous carbon cathode, prepared using a one-pot strategy with a Zn(OAc)2 hard template, features macro- and mesopores that enable strong polysulfide regulation and accelerate bidirectional conversion in Li-S batteries. The battery achieves an initial capacity of 987.0 mA h g-1 at 1 C with a capacity decay of merely 0.031% per cycle over 500 cycles under high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte conditions.
