Background:

Postoperative urinary retention is a risk after pelvic surgery.
Inconsistent adherence to voiding trial protocols by nurses can lead to adverse outcomes.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the impact of QR code-linked instructional videos on nursing adherence to voiding trial protocols.

A pre-post quality improvement study was conducted in two hospitals.
QR codes linked to video tutorials were disseminated to nursing staff.
