Rehabilitating patients after segmental mandibulectomy is challenging, particularly when faced with excessive interocclusal restorative space. This case report describes the treatment of a 65-year-old male with a 34-mm interocclusal space following the resection of an ameloblastoma of the right mandible. To manage the biomechanical and esthetic challenges, a two-platform, screw-retained, implant-supported fixed prosthesis was fabricated. The treatment restored masticatory function, phonetics, and facial esthetics, significantly improving the patient's quality of life and demonstrating an effective protocol for complex maxillofacial reconstructions.
