Abstract:
Covalent drugs display rich in vivo reactivity landscapes that remain largely unmapped. A recent Cell study by Pang et al. introduces vCATCH (volumetric clearing-assisted tissue click chemistry), a chemistry-driven platform combining clickable probes, bioorthogonal ligation, and whole-body imaging to chart covalent drug-target interactions across intact organisms.
