Abstract:
Mental disorders have emerged as a significant global challenge in the field of public health, with antipsychotic pharmacotherapy serving as the primary intervention. Traditional treatment paradigms typically employ population-based pharmacotherapy guided by psychiatrists' clinical experience, which often fail to account for interindividual heterogeneity in pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles. With the advancement of precision medicine concepts, comprehensive assessment of patients genetic and metabolic parameters has now evolved into a crucial approach for guiding personalized antipsychotic dosing strategies. This article systematically summarizes therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacogenomics, pharmacometabonomics, and quantitative pharmacology techniques, aiming to provide a reference for optimizing individualized antipsychotic treatment regimens.
