Abstract:
A chemical proteomics approach was employed to quantitatively profile the changes in the POLH interactome upon artesunate treatment of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. The results demonstrated the inhibitory effect of artesunate on the POLH-PHB1 interaction as well as the involvement of POLH and PHB1 in modulating artesunate-induced cytotoxicity in HEK293T cells.
