Abstract:
The law of June 17, 1998 established socio-judicial supervision with mandatory treatment for perpetrators of sexual offenses (AICS). Referral platforms (PFR), supported by resource centers for professionals working with perpetrators of sexual violence (CRIAVS), offer outpatient care for these AICS. Within the multidisciplinary team, nurses play a pivotal role.
