A patient initially diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis was later diagnosed with Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis, and Osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome after developing new symptoms. This case highlights the importance of reassessing diagnoses when new clinical features emerge.
