The phase III inMIND trial showed that tafasitamab added to lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) significantly improved outcomes versus R2 alone in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma, reducing the risk of progression or death by 57% and extending median PFS (22.4 vs. 13.9 months; HR 0.43; p < 0.0001).1 Safety was comparable aside from slightly increased infections, offering an effective, tolerable option for patients ineligible for T-cell-engaging therapies.
