Abstract
None:
Genotyping is a valuable tool for identifying organisms that carry genetic variations, including insertions and deletions. This method involves extracting DNA from animal tissue samples and subsequently amplifying genomic regions of interest using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The amplified product is analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis based on DNA size.
