Abstract

A fluorescent-guided isolation from Eurycoma longifolia led to the first identification of twenty-six compounds, namely coumarins (1-10) and carbolines (11-26). The new compound eurycomalind C (1) was characterized by NMR, HRESIMS, and calculated ECD. Compounds 1-4 demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity in LPS-stimulated macrophages.
