EGFR PACC mutations in non-small cell lung cancer predominantly occur as compound mutations. These compound mutations show similar drug sensitivity to single PACC mutations, with improved outcomes using second-generation TKIs.

- Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase domain mutations in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are classified into four subgroups to predict tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) response.
