A rare thyroid collision tumor, presenting as both papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), was diagnosed in a patient with a history of goiter. Careful histological assessment and long-term follow-up are crucial for managing these rare synchronous thyroid cancers.
