Abstract:
Eco-anxiety, eco-indifference and eco-consciousness are different reactions to human-induced global warming. The prevalence of these three forms of eco-emotions is increasing in the population, particularly among young people. These feelings cover very different realities, expressed by an interest in environmental issues and the sense of being able to act, or not. Eco-anxiety, eco-indifference, and eco-consciousness are different forms of reaction to climate change caused by humanity. In this paper, the implications and tools at hand from the perspective of primary care medicine and psychiatry are discussed.
