Nurse burnout and turnover continue to challenge health care systems, driven by workload pressures, documentation burden, and limited organizational support. This article's aim is to describe the conceptualization and development of an AI-powered mobile application designed to streamline nursing workflow using a Human-Centered Design approach. Beta-testing showed high usability and strong satisfaction, noting improved organization, ease of use, and enhanced stress awareness, and suggesting additional calendar alerts, communication options, and medication look-up capabilities. Human-Centered Design use produced an intuitive, meaningful application grounded in real-world nursing needs, and future research is planned to evaluate the impact on workflow efficiency.
