Abstract:
Conventional dietary indices often fail to align with aging biology. To bridge this mechanistic gap, we propose the Nutrient-Signaling-Senescence (NSS) axis as an integrative framework. Based on this foundation, we develop the anti-aging dietary score (AADS). Preliminary validation using NHANES data demonstrates that a higher AADS is significantly associated with lower PhenoAge acceleration, performing comparably to established indices. This framework enables translating aging biology into population-based research.
