School nurses require enhanced data interpretation and communication skills.
Effective data utilization is crucial for improving school health outcomes.
A need exists for accessible continuing education in data science for school nurses.

Purpose of the Study:

To develop and evaluate a continuing education program for school nurses focused on data science.
To strengthen school nurses' capacity to use health data for effective communication with stakeholders.
To foster collaboration between university nursing faculty and school nursing professionals.

Main Methods:

An 8-hour "School Nurse Data Science Boot Camp" was implemented.
The program featured keynote lectures on data science concepts and skill-building stations.
Participants engaged in hands-on activities to create data-driven presentations for specific scenarios.

Main Results:

Participants demonstrated improved ability to translate school health data into meaningful messages.
The program achieved high participant satisfaction.
