Catheter design impacts very high-power short-duration (vHPSD) radiofrequency ablation (RFA) lesion characteristics. The QDOT catheter produced deeper lesions than the TactiFlex, while the SmartTouch catheter yielded the widest lesions and highest steam-pop risk.
