Summary

Kidney transplantation is now feasible after chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for multiple myeloma (MM). This case study shows successful kidney transplant in an MM patient achieving minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative status post-CAR T-cell therapy.
