Abstract:
N2O is a potent greenhouse gas and a key intermediate in the global nitrogen cycle, yet its utilization as a nitrogen resource remains largely unexplored. Here, we report a photocatalytic strategy that directly converts N2O into NH3 under light irradiation using an Fe-doped TiO2 catalyst. Under optimized conditions, the Fe-TiO2 catalyst achieves an NH3 production rate of 218.39 µmol h-1 gcat-1.
