Abstract:
Chinese small and medium-sized mechanical enterprises face funding, talent and management challenges in digital transformation. This research analyzed RV reducer manufacturers' informatization needs, then designed and implemented an information management system for them. Relying on edge computing, the system optimizes data processing architecture to boost data response speed and efficiency. It adopts an advanced three-tier management model to build a data warehouse, ensuring centralized data management and efficient use. Further, it establishes a corporate decision-making model based on information needs, a two-way mapping model and a workshop digital model, realizing deep integration of business processes and data management. Via a system integration model, it achieves organic unity of business and data integration for efficient operation and seamless data docking. In practical application, the system initially meets enterprises' information management needs, offering technical support for case enterprises' digital transformation and providing practical paths and strategic references for the digital and intelligent upgrading of small and medium-sized mechanical enterprises.
