To improve the comfort, symmetry, and dynamic mobility of traditional breast prostheses, this study developed a novel air-silicone layered prosthesis optimized via 3D finite element modeling. By parameterizing the air core's volume ratio (VR), the design achieved high biomimetic fidelity. Results identified VRs of 25% and 75% as optimal, minimizing static deformation differences and demonstrating strong dynamic agreement with natural tissue during movement. Ultimately, this personalized, data-driven approach effectively restores biomechanical symmetry, offering a viable strategy to enhance long-term comfort for post-mastectomy patients.
