Summary

The TAILOR-HCM trial compares transapical beating-heart septal myectomy (TA-BSM) to conventional septal myectomy (CSM) for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). This study will determine if TA-BSM is a safe and effective alternative to CSM.
