None:
Carefully selected patients with severe posterior maxillary atrophy may be successfully treated using a modified transcrestal sinus floor elevation. An inwardly displaced crestal bony window may facilitate membrane elevation while allowing simultaneous implant placement with minimal surgical invasiveness.
