Abstract:
Existing retrosynthesis AI often inherits literature popularity bias. We introduce Synthonpedia, an open-access, community-driven platform redefining synthetic planning through human-machine cooperation. Using connectivity-based "radical synthons", it streamlines graph matching with minimal computational footprint. A proof-of-concept on clavulanic acid reveals non-intuitive, unbiased disconnections on consumer-grade hardware.
