Abstract:
Multiple idiopathic root resorptions (MIRs) represent a rare condition with uncertain etiology and limited treatment options, and they may compromise the prognosis of affected teeth. A digitally guided interdisciplinary approach combining cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) diagnostics, virtual implant planning, and immediate implant-supported restoration can provide predictable, functional, and esthetic outcomes in complex cases.
