Abstract:
Sign inversion of circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) was achieved through switching between prompt fluorescence and afterglow phosphorescence in chiral Al(III) and In(III) complexes at low temperatures. The afterglow properties could be tuned by altering both ligand substituents and central metal ions.
