Abstract:
Cervical cancer(CC), a major global health burden for women, is closely associated with persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV). Biomarker research is crucial for the precise prevention, early diagnosis, risk stratification, and treatment monitoring of cervical cancer. This article systematically reviews virus-derived, protein, epigenetic, and tumor microenvironment-related biomarkers associated with HPV-induced cervical cancer. By evaluating their diagnostic and prognostic value, this review provides insights to further improve the early diagnosis of cervical lesions.
