Abstract:
An EBFC platform was developed for U937 cell detection via aptamer-triggered glucose oxidation. The generated electrons reduced cathode Fe3+, disrupting an alginate hydrogel to release mitochondrial-targeting nanoparticles. Intracellularly, ATP-induced DNA hybridization caused mitochondrial aggregation and ROS-mediated intervention, achieving closed-loop cancer diagnostics and intervention.
