Abstract:
On the Affera system, a single voltage-map dataset containing both sinus and ectopic beats, collected without rhythm-specific settings, can be separated by cycle length (coupling interval) into SR and PAC activation maps. Stepwise filtering by activation threshold (voltage-per-second, excluding far-field potentials) and close-unipolar QS-like morphology then precisely localizes the ectopic origin.
