Abstract:
Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning preserves and redistributes orbital fat rather than simply excising it. This technique addresses lower eyelid fat herniation and periorbital volume deficiency. This article reviews the relevant anatomy, surgical technique, pearls for safe fat repositioning and grafting, emphasizing strategies to minimize complications and optimize aesthetic outcomes.
