Abstract:
Plasma TTMV-HPV16 DNA provided complementary molecular evidence in a p16-positive hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, while PET/CT localized the occult left pyriform sinus primary. Serial postoperative TTMV-HPV DNA assays remained undetectable through approximately 19 months of clinical and radiographic surveillance.
