Abstract:
Developing efficient electrocatalysts for nitrate reduction to ammonia remains challenging. Herein, a Ni-modified triple-conducting Ba(Fe0.4Co0.4Zr0.1Y0.1)0.95Ni0.05O3-δ perovskite achieves a high NH3 yield, 98.7% faradaic efficiency, and excellent durability by accelerating the hydrogenation of reaction intermediates during the NO3RR.
