Introduction:
An 80-year-old female presented to the emergency department with dizziness, generalized weakness, and exertional dyspnea. Physical examination revealed a significant inter-arm systolic blood pressure discrepancy. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) of the chest demonstrated high-grade stenosis at the origin of the left subclavian artery, correlating with both the clinical symptoms and the hemodynamic findings. This case underscores the diagnostic utility of CTA in ensuring a prompt and precise evaluation of subclavian artery stenosis in patients presenting with inter-arm blood pressure differentials.
