Abstract:
Herein, we demonstrate a controllable bottom-up strategy for the construction of Ti3C2Tx MXene-wrapped CoFe Prussian blue analogue (PBA) architectures decorated with small-sized Pd via a stereo-assembly process. The incorporation of PBA structural units creates a hierarchical porous configuration and regulates the electronic structure of the Pd sites, while the MXene coating layers accelerate the charge-transfer rate and simultaneously offer abundant hydroxyl species for the elimination of intermediates. Consequently, the ternary catalyst exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity along with superior long-term lifespan towards the methanol oxidation reaction, far outperforming conventional Pd/C catalyst.
