Abstract:
The author reports two cases of Ewing's sarcoma with diffuse neoplastic invasion of the bone marrow causing panmyelopoietic failure. This condition must be differentiated from the medullary aplasia which may occur as a complication of treatment of antitumoral chemotherapy in patients affected by Ewing's sarcoma.
