    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the early stages of corpora amylacea formation using electron microscopy.

    • Electron microscopy was employed on a hyperplastic prostate specimen rich in corpora amylacea.
    • Semithin and ultrathin sections were examined, alongside paraffin-embedded and standard histological preparations.
