Abstract:
The polypeptide components of human sweat have been detected with the methylamine-incorporating silver stain (T. Marshall, 1984, Anal. Biochem. 136, 340-346) following high resolution two-dimensional electrophoresis. This technique reveals over 400 polypeptide components in 65 microliters of unconcentrated human sweat.
